We are now offering two levels of programming service for our online and PT clients.
Elite Program
Our Elite program is for anyone who wants to achieve maximum results in minimum time. With the Elite program we can include sophisticated training progressions and periodised programs for sport, military fitness or maximum fat loss.
Includes:
- 8 week strength and conditioning program
- Separate programs for strength, endurance, sport or special forces selection if required
- Fortnightly program analysis and program review
- Unlimited phone and email support
- Diet analysis and personalised diet guidelines
Cost $295 for first 8 weeks (includes software package) $195 per 8 week program thereafter
Basic Program
Our Basic program will give you an easy to follow fitness program to develop all round fitness. Each program is tailored to meet your specific goals, fitness level and available resources.
Includes:
- 8 week strength and conditioning program
- 1 mid program update
- Unlimited phone and email support
- Diet analysis and general diet guidelines
Cost - $120
We understand that not everyone will be able to train with us face to face so we have a range of delivery options for personal programs.
