Workshops and Seminars 2008

In 2008 the team from Octogen will be running a series of seminars and workshops all around Australia.

We’ve adopted a new seminar weekend format that allows you to choose from various levels of involvement.

Each weekend will consist of 2 - 3 workshops conducted over 2 days

Workshop #1 – Olympic lifting basics for sports performance (3 hrs)

Workshop #2 – Kettlebell basics (3 hrs)

Workshop #3 – Kettlebell Instructor course (includes basics workshop) (2 days)

There will also be time allocated on the days before and after the workshops for personal training and program consultations.

We are excited about this new format as it allows everyone from the casual fitness enthusiast to the fitness professional to learn these powerful techniques.

We will also be running stand alone and integrated joint mobility and stretching workshops in various locations.

June

7th and 8th of June – Adelaide. Olympic lifting, Kettlebell basics and instructors workshop

21st and 22nd of June – Sydney. Kettlebell basics and instructors workshop

July

12th and 13th of July – Brisbane. Kettlebell basics and instructors workshop

August

16th and 17th of August – Melbourne. Kettlebell basics and instructors workshop.

30th and 31st of August – Hobart. Olympic lifting, Kettlebell basics and instructors workshop.

September

27th and 28th of September – Sydney. Olympic lifting, Kettlebell basics and instructors workshop.
