This new DVD is not just a huge collection of different exercises designed to reduce boredom by giving you endless options. Instead it is a collection of the advanced exercises I use with clients to push their strength and conditioning to a higher level.
Every exercise has got a purpose and every single on can be used to improve your training!

Advanced variations of the basic drills
• Swing variations including walking swings, swings with turns and band swings for increased speed, power and endurance. • Snatch variations for power and increased reps • Double kettlebell work • Increasing the difficulty of the Turkish get up for greater core activation
